About the role:

The Digital Product Manager will be instrumental in helping us to achieve our Agile Transformational goals. Responsible for embedding an Agile culture, methodology, tools and techniques in order to help teams keep a delivery and learning cadence that helps to remain focused on delivering value against the organisational outcomes, while remaining creative and dynamic.
Responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process, encouraging colleagues and leadership to embrace the Agile mind-set and associated methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product roadmap
• Deliver prioritised features business justification
• Align business experts to define deliverable
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Develop business cases to support proposed developments
• Deliver a product performance overview (usage & financial)

A bit about you:

• Previous experience as a Digital Product Owner / Product Manager
• Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
• Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
