Key Responsibilities

· Track and coordinate Boots Opticians mYstorenet audit of the functional teams content. Monitor and record completion of audits and direct escalations as required.
· Responsible for uploading the agreed functional content to the Intranet platform.
· Set up colleagues e-mails for Microsoft Shifts, intranet & Tasks and support colleagues during the immediate post go live phase
· Support the business leads in the development of the guidance materials for store colleagues.
· Maintain the database which includes details colleagues completing pre-launch activities.

A bit about you…
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels.
· Knowledge of Excel with a high level of PC literacy.
· Excellent organisational skills, including workload management.
· The ability to be flexible and to work / remain calm under pressure.
· Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes at short notice..
