CSR Partnership Specialist

This role is responsible for supporting the delivery of the CSR agenda for Boots UK, through our strategic partnerships such as BBC Children in Need and Macmillan Cancer Support. Ensuring compliance with CSR policies, and ensuring accurate accounting and payment to our charity partners.

Engaging with colleagues to share ways to get involved and inspire participation in CSR, to deliver impact in our communities including and beyond fundraising.

This role spans all elements of CSR across Boots UK and with a more active involvement in community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Working across the business with our CSR strategic partnerships, to deliver the CSR agenda for these partnerships
• Delivering colleague and customer campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness and participation.
• Use insights, heritage, impact stories to create compelling content to share with customers and colleagues enabling an even bigger impact and driving brand reputation
• Motivate colleagues through to ensure deep connection and engagement of our colleagues in a relevant, persuasive and impactful way
• Ensure accuracy of our customer and colleague facing CSR content online externally and internally, responsible for ongoing cycle of review
• Responsible for delivering successful campaigns, with robust communications plans, within budget and ensuring they are fully reviewed.

A bit about you…

• Ability to write compelling and engaging stories of impact for customer/colleague communications
• Strong impact and influence skills and communication skills (verbal and written) with the confidence to communicate with senior stakeholders and to represent the business externally
• Ability to communicate through various communications channels e.g. video content, infographics, events both internal (e.g. pavilions) and external.
• Talented in inspiring others to engage with initiatives through case studies and story-telling. Good presentation skills required.
• Campaign and event planning, project management and marketing experience is desirable.
