In this role you will take the lead on all aspects relating to the delivery of the Store Care Asset Replacement Programme whilst ensuring that all of the agreed Asset Replacement projects for that financial year are completed in the agreed timeframes, at the approved costs and to the appropriate specification.
You will also manage key relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders across the business whilst providing clear and transparent reporting
• ‘End to end’ accountability of all aspects relating to the delivery of the approved Asset Replacement Programme.• In conjunction with the StoreCare Asset Replacement Requirements Manager and wider team develop a draft delivery programme that is realistic, timely and achievable, and considers the needs of the wider Boots business.• Effectively communicate this draft delivery programme to all external project management teams, and work with them to develop the delivery programme into realistic and workable plan which clearly defines the key stages and costs for each asset replacement project approved for delivery in that financial year.• Ensure delivery of each asset replacement project against the agreed programme in terms of time, cost and quality/specification.• Ensure that all changes to the agreed programme (time, cost, quality) are communicated to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
A bit about you…
• Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject (i.e. engineering, building services, project/programme management.)• Current membership to an appropriate and recognised professional institution or organization.• Experience in the programme and project management of building services asset replacement projects in the retail environment across multiple sites and stakeholders.• Able to effectively monitor performance of multiple project managers and project delivery teams to ensure adherence to agreed KPI’s, and where required be able to identify and work with teams to ensure KPI standards are met.• Solid understanding of building services assets and their usage to facilitate the timely planning for the delivery of these projects inline with any external business commitments or initiatives.
