As a key member of the marketing team, supporting on the digital marketing strategy for one of our leading beauty brands direct to consumer website through the planning and implementation of online customer acquisition and retention plans. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our DTC platform partner to lead the CRM planning and help drive long term brand growth whilst also responding swiftly and tactically to immediate digital and broader business needs. This is a high profile, fast paced role and requires someone who is motivated, tenacious and has a strong understanding of the functional skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver the DTC CRM & loyalty strategy and engagement plan covering behaviour trigger based, welcome & re-engagement journeys, ongoing trading/content communication
  • Define CRM objectives & success KPI constantly monitoring to achieve and deliver on business objectives
  • Work with our partners to brief & create value led customer segmentation models and engagement rules
  • Work within the team to inform and create data capture & enrichment opportunities aligned to CRM opportunities and potential
  • Work with content manager and brand team to brief templates & content creation, setup & scheduling to ensure successful trading and content calendar activation
  • Liaises with stakeholders in retail to understand customer overlap and align CRM plans.
  • Ensures all data is compliant and held securely.
  • Partner and input to the business strategy lead to contribute to the wider business agenda of single customer view and data management
  • Create and leverage a network of functional partners to continuously share and apply learnings from across the organisation
  • Up to date with latest digital innovation, industry and consumer trends
