Key Responsibilities• Brief and support response team of content creators
• Liaise regularly with global agency partners
• Support Comms Managers in development and creation of global toolkits
• Creation and management of content calendars and plans
• Lead in day to day smooth running of organized newsroom
• Detail oriented, ensure exceptional quality and on time delivery
• Maintain communication between other comms teams, and between newsroom comms manager projects
• Liaise regularly with global brand teams and business partners

• Experience of working with agencies and working on integrated comms campaigns
• Experience in Crisis management and internal communications
• Collaborative mindset
• Ability to deliver a Right the First Time brief
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship skills
• Ability to work in a highly matrix organisation
• Excellent Relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
