This role is an exciting opportunity to work in the Advantage Card Clubs team, leading and executing the marketing strategy across Over 60s Rewards, Student Discount, and the award-winning Boots X, as well as supporting with the Parenting Club programme as part of a job share. The Marketing Manager for Advantage Card Clubs leads a small team of Assistant Marketing Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining and delivering the proposition and growth strategy for O60s, Student discount and Boots X
• Driving recruitment and retention across these clubs
• Ensuring excellent execution of all communications for these clubs across all channels, including email, app, and direct mail
• Ensuring that the owned channel plan is fully integrated with the paid and earned plans
• Working with the wider Advantage Card team to ensure overall loyalty KPIs are met
• Supporting, motivating and developing a small team of Assistant Marketing Managers
• Forging strong relationships with agency partners to ensure delivery against our goals
• Managing A&P budget, proactively finding ways to drive out costs, and create efficiencies

A bit about you:

• You will have a strong background in marketing, ideally with experience in both digital and printed communications. Experience in paid media would also be an advantage
• You will need to be a strategic thinker, and champion of the customer
• You will need to understand and utilise customer data to continuously assess and improve our clubs programmes
• You will need to be an excellent relationship builder with both internal and external stakeholders
• You will possess strong communication skills and have an analytical mind-set
• You will be flexible, happy to give something a go, and contribute to lots of different work
