The role purpose is to work collaboratively with Retail Field teams to maintain a clinical efficiency in line with budgets, reviewing current trading performance and present back recommendations for locations based on Capacity, Utilisation and productivity. To deliver data led insight into the productivity of Work Force Management including Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Pro-actively gather and collates productivity information and data in order to provide regular MI and reporting dashboards and translating this into insightful stories and modelling of future scenarios
• Produce accurate and timely forecasts ranging from short term tactical to long term strategic plans
• Provide trend analysis and insight to feed into budgeting process to allow Operations management team to make long term plans
• Produce and maintain high quality and accurate forecasts to enable the optimisation and enhancement of customer service and sales delivery across all stores
• Provide reporting on headcount and FTE levels including variance to budget

• You must be experience working with Information and Data collection, development and analysis
• You have the ability to understand raw data and tell a story with it by translating into meaningful insight for various stakeholders
• You display tenacity and able to demonstrate resilience when overcoming obstacles in order to achieve a result
• have attention for detail
• Confident and effective verbal and written communication skills
