This role for a Senior Enterprise Architect is part of the OneIT global Enterprise Architecture team, and is overall accountable for the strategic enterprise architecture direction across the Global Brands (GB) division of WBA.

The role reports to the Senior Director of Enterprise Architecture for WBA International and dotted line to the Director of IT Global Brands.

Outcomes directed have a significant impact on the organization's short- and long-term results, specific customers and/or partners.

The incumbent will at all times represent the WBA ONE IT-vision and act in line with the vison of the global enterprise IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with the business to guide and support the development of the business architecture and transitionary phases aligned to delivering key business outcomes.
• Challenging stakeholders, partners and teams to go from concepts/plans/business challenges to simplified actionable ideas that result in smart new business solutions.
• Program-level architectural direction and leadership to significant transformational initiatives.
• Develop the capabilities roadmap for execution against the target business architecture and the business strategy, augmented with industry trends.
• ensure alignment between divisional and global strategies and standards through strong collaboration and partnership with the WBA technology and delivery teams. .
• Lead the architecture practice within GB, including guiding and developing the GB architects.
• Build and maintain relationships with external Partners to build awareness of roadmaps and industry best practices

A bit about you…

• An Information Technology background with appropriate Architectural qualifications
• Relevant business experience in Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Experience of working in IT at a senior level.
• Enterprise Architecture experience in a large international and matrix organization
• Extensive experience in leading business and IT change from Architectural perspective.
• Significant experience collaborating with teams across wide geographies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
