As a global company, WBA has a Global Information Security department that spans multiple countries and offers more than 30 different security services to the various divisions and departments globally.
The Security Service Delivery Manager is to be responsible for the relationship and services delivered to our service clients. Directly managing a team of four and working closely with the WBA US counterpart as well as other internal departments, the security services delivery manager will act as the intelligent broker for International security services.
• Collaborates with Information Security delivery teams to manage day-to-day relationship with internal customers to ensure the effective delivery of both locally and Internationally sourced services.• Assist with the transition of new managed services into support and make recommendations on areas where service improvements can be made• Executes capacity and demand planning with Information Security delivery teams for all in scope services.• Defines and implements service level reporting for Information Security services; establishes service provider performance reporting and conducts service reviews; tracks and manages service provider performance and productivity relative to the SLA across all services• Reviews and monitors change management process and escalation procedures; provides early warning to service delivery leaders and Information Security management regarding degraded or missed service levels.• Identifies and escalates service delivery issues in accordance with service delivery governance processes.• Collaborates with stakeholders to define key metrics and expected levels of service and identifies and implements new measures supporting the business goals.• Identifies and recommends automation and other technologies that can improve effectiveness and efficiencies.• Working with the ISO and service provider, sets and manages the Security Services budget.
A bit about you…
• Experience in an Information Security or related function• Extensive Experience working in and/or with IT service operations and finance teams.• Experience communicating both conceptual and technical information.• Experience collaborating with (internal resources, external resources, both) to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.• Strong experience in project/programme management.• Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based operating systems and applications• Process driven and excellent communication skills both written and verbal• General knowledge of security technologies and processes such as Firewalls, VPN (Virtual Private Network), Vulnerability Scanning, Penetration/Application Security Testing, Third Party Risk Management, Incident Response and Training & Awareness.
