This is one of two roles we are recruiting for, creating and delivering technology-based solutions across the customer experience as part of a cohort of product owners within the MarTech and Data team. Each product owner will identify new opportunities to improve our business proposition through technology, and work with teams across the business to define, create and deliver solutions across Health, Wellness and Beauty with technology and data at their heart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a fluid change portfolio across the Loyalty & Personalisation transformation workstream
• Understand the competitor and customer landscape across the portfolio
• Lead the setting and prioritisation of requirements for owned products
• Creating business cases to secure investment, with clear KPIs and metrics
• Managing the interdependencies with other workstreams - BAU and Transformation – to deliver successful solutions efficiently

• Experienced in delivering change
• Accomplished communicator with colleagues across levels and functions, able equally to inspire, challenge and listen
• Proven ability to deliver solutions for customers with significant technical components
• Skilled in agile working methodology, and capable of coaching others to up-skill colleagues

A bit about the team:

The MarTech & Data team is newly formed to deliver change through technology, assessing and implementing solutions to launch and/or improve customer experience and business capabilities. Whilst part of the Loyalty & Personalisation team, the focus of MarTech & Data extends across the Marketing function, incorporating physical and digital retail channels, multiple customer communication channels, and customer data capabilities in all areas of the business.
We are recruiting for two Product Owners, with some flexibility over the specific remits dependent on skills and experience.
