The Senior Marketing Manager for Creative Content oversees the creative output of the B-Hive, ensuring consistent quality and execution. They are the guardian of the brand for our brand visual identity, championing the ongoing development and engagement across the business and external stakeholders. They will also ensure the brand visual identity and quality of the creative output that is produced internally.

Working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, they ensure efficient utilisation and provide maximum value. They work with the broader B-Hive Nottingham team, working with the production and client management teams and the instore experience design team, ensuring overall financial targets are met. Fundamental to the role, is building robust relationships with key external stakeholders - including all creative agency partners and internal teams that enable our Boots to drive vibrant, modern and innovative brands.

This opportunity is a unique role straddling a wide variety of marketing channels, giving the successful candidate an opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and experience in a quickly evolving landscape. Previous end to end campaign and content delivery experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owns the dynamic development of our Brand Visual Identity and act as brand guardian in this capacity
• Responsible for all internally produced creative and execution and working with the operational and client teams responsible for its execution
• The Creative team delivers copy and artwork across numerous channels and this role ensures the quality of the output is delivered to high standards, within guidelines and within agreed budget parameters working closely with the senior manager for production and the finance team.
• Oversees the team responsible for the Health & Beauty magazine and Christmas gift guide assets working in close collaboration with external agency partners.
• Responsible for integrating existing and new agency partners into the business ensuring ways of working flow seamlessly
• Continually look to develop and roll out best in class practices for content development and optimisation while working with internal & external teams to deliver best content plans that are fully aligned to business goals
• Work with the Senior Manager for B-Hive production to accurately manage and track spend, monitoring impact of creative on business objectives. Always look to foster continuous improvement through measurement & evaluation plan
• Engage and inspire the business with new thinking and innovation through ongoing capability programme

Your experience:

• Expert in developing and owning brand visual identity
• Expert in delivering consumer content & engagement, communications & experiences through all channels, with a focus on digital marketing channels
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work in a highly matrixed organisation
• Relationship management across network of brands and stakeholders (internal and external)
• Knowledge/experience of creative development and production process
• Ability to work at pace and deliver business agility by adopting an agile mindset and way of to respond to business needs
• Strong commercial awareness – you are keen to understand the commercial impact of your work
