The Store Operations Support Specialist works with the SOS Manager in their region to support stores to deliver a world class operation for our customers, ensuring all stores are demonstrating excellent brand standards.
The key accountabilities are audit, loss, health and safety and model day processes across their region as well as leading new initiatives.
Results are delivered through the interpretation of MI reports to give insights and trends.
They will lead performance improvement through effectively challenging stakeholders, developing capability and holding the tension to support stores to deliver the store operations agenda.
• Works in partnership with the Central Operations functions to drive operational improvements in all stores in their Region.• Works in partnership with the Audit team to ensure all stores are safe and legal• Works in partnership with the Safety & Environment team to respond to accident investigations and Food Hygiene visits• Works in partnership with the loss function to respond appropriately to all incidents and investigations• Undertakes investigations into dishonest colleagues in stores, including formal interviewing of colleagues and contractors
