Overview of the role:

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be accountable for integrating all elements of core marketing operations into a single marketing operations plan - marketing governance, customer propositions, martech and programmes from across the global marketing leadership team, agency partners and BUK that impact on marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for integrating all elements of core marketing operations into a single marketing operations plan - marketing governance, customer propositions, martech and programmes from across GMLT, WPP, WBA, BUK that impact on marketing operations
• Proactive review of upcoming programmes and marketing requirements within them across GMLT, WPP, WBA, BUK to produce a clear brief for marketing input
• Creation and management of a critical path to support the Marketing Operations Plan
• Recognising connections between existing and new programmes to minimise duplication of work and deliver consistency
• Supporting the MLT in the collation of presentations required for senior stakeholders across GMLT, agency partners, WBA, BUK

Your experience:

• Professional programme management qualification/extensive experience (5 years+)
• Experience of working with agile methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Relationship building
• Process mapping and the ability to recognise patterns and connections
