Overview of the role:

Responsible for Account Management of all client relationships with our B-Hive, Content Centre of Excellence. Primarily supplier-centric, the role oversees the creative delivery of our suppliers’ marketing activity on owned channels as well as supporting internal stakeholders on key initiatives and bespoke campaigns.

Strategically manage, grow and develop existing and new business within our Nottingham B-Hive by offering new creative solutions to deliver best-in-class cross channel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and lead the client management team to produce innovative, creative and outstanding client marketing solutions that are delivered on-time, to brief and budget
• Develop team skillset around project and channel requirements in line with business goals with continuous improvement around quantity and quality
• Delivery of monthly budgets in line with KPIs with continuous evaluation of workload volumes, efficiencies and resource. Regularly monitor and interpret sales and costs information and instigate plans to improve the profit and loss situation for internal and external clients
• Member of the B-Hive leadership team, which includes collaboration on key business initiatives to support creative briefing and production across B-Hive locations
• Work with wider Marketing and teams on digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless transition and integration for our external suppliers
• Act as a Trusted Advisor to the wider Marketing teams to advise on all areas of production through to completion

Your experience:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent (Marketing degree favourable)
• Minimum 10 years marketing experience including management of P&L, establishing and delivering to KPI’s
• Previous management experience at external agency or in-house production team experience a must
• Cross functional working and relationship building with the ability to influence at all levels
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing small to mid-sized teams
• Experience in Project Management as well as Agile methodologies a plus

You may have worked agency or client side and will have a solid understanding of the needs of clients & how to work with creative teams to best deliver those needs. You will be skilled in a broad range of interpersonal skills & project management tools and have a desire to use these to better communicate our products & services to millions of customers, every day.
