Working as a key member in agile scrum teams to deliver the digital product vision, strategic roadmap and development across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the product vision, roadmap, backlog and release programme (including business activities e.g. training, communications etc.) for a Boots business area
• Responsible for translating business requirements into features and user stories for the development team to implement, this will be done in collaboration with key stakeholders and the project team
• Work with the scrum team ensuring business needs are met including following progress of work and addressing production issues during sprints
• Presenting development output at 'show and tells'
• Work with the scrum team ensuring business needs are met
• Responsible for supporting the best customer and business experiences (based on insights) across your product for key customer journeys through the development of new and enhancements to existing experiences
• Responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance, using multiple analytics tools
• Consult for the wider business (e.g. boots.com trading, pharmacy, loyalty ) with product development and delivery, responsible for recommending appropriate solutions if required (working with IT Architecture and delivery partners)
• Maintain alignment between the product development and business objectives, working with key stakeholders and the scrum team to ensure successful product releases

4. Emotionally resilient with the capacity to stay energised and focused within projects
5. Familiar with agile delivery principles in a scaled agile environment (SAFe) and able to manage and prioritise a product backlog
