Working as a key member Product Team to deliver the digital product vision, strategic roadmap and development across digital channels.Key Responsibilities:• Supporting the refinement of Product roadmaps development through ideation, prototype testing and delivery• Contributes to the product vision, roadmap, backlog and release programme• Developing business cases to support roadmap initiatives• Developing product features and acceptance criteria• Ensuring the business needs are clearly understood during feature elaboration• Represent the Product Team at Development ceremonies (Stand-up’s, demo’s, PI planning, etc)• Responsible for supporting the best customer and business experiences (based on insights) across your product for key customer journeys through the development of new and enhancements to existing experiences• Responsible for monitoring and reporting on performance, using multiple analytics tools• Consult for the wider business (e.g. boots.com trading, pharmacy, loyalty ) with product development and delivery, responsible for recommending appropriate solutions if required (working with IT Architecture and delivery partners)• Maintain alignment between the product development and business objectives, working with key stakeholders and the scrum teams to ensure successful product releasesA bit about you:• A data driven, digital advocate who is familiar with digital development and has an understanding of current trends in digital in omni-channel retail• Passionate communicator who can sell a vision and assist in keeping a team focused on the bigger picture• Proactive, independent and self-starting individual who is adept at building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders• Emotionally resilient with the capacity to stay energised and focused within projects• Familiar with agile delivery principles in a scaled agile environment (SAFe) and able to manage and prioritise a product backlog• Competent with reporting systems like Adobe Analytics and IBM Core Metrics, and able to present and use this data to identify and support future development requirements• Understanding of technical aspects of the project, working closely with ITA bit about the team:Boots has an aggressive ambition to grow digital as a channel to engage customers.
