What you will be doing day to day

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reward portfolio including pay, benefits, reward policy, strategy and processes.

This will involve:-
• Producing analysis and insights from data modelling exercises
• Designing creative draft communications for reward initiatives
• Continuously analysing competitive salary information and report on compensation practices in the external market (including salary survey)
• Leading the activities for the company’s annual pay review and bonus processes
• Liaising with external companies to conduct job evaluations for key positions
• Creating innovative and relevant reward solutions to the business plan
• Providing general support to HR and payroll


How you will do it

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:-
• Significant experience of working within a HR background and have experience of contributing to and delivering the reward strategy
• Understanding of retail market compensation and remuneration
• Experience of industrial relations framework and unionised working environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of analysing data and insights
• Excellent report writing
• Original and conceptual thinking
• Make a strong credible, personal impression on others while partnering with key stakeholders using your influencing skills
• C.I.P.D qualified
