Here at Boots we’re currently looking to recruit an experienced, passionate and motivated Supply Manager within our Retail Supply Team.
You’ll work with some of our biggest and best partners and set the vision for how we work with them.

Key Responsibilities
• Driving in store availability and OSA
• Driving process improvements to improve consistency
• Using technical knowledge and system expertise to improve supply KPI’s
• Working with other functions and building strong relationships
• Management of stock budget ensuring stock is productive and supports cash flow
• Managing and developing a large team

A bit about you…

• Experience of working at a management level in a Supply chain roles and of working with supply replenishment systems
• Confident with proven track record of delivering KPIS relating to supply chain management such as demand planning and/or product forecasting
• Commercial acumen with experience of working in a commercial function and experience of working with retail terms and retail language.
• Creative with new ideas to step change performance
• Strong influencing skills and builds relationships easily
• The role at times can be challenging, demanding and fast paced therefore you must have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, be able to manage expectations of your key stakeholders and prioritise workloads accordingly and when required

**Please note- candidates will be required to pass an SHL Numerical reasoning test as part of the assessment criteria for this role before any offers can be made**
