All about the role

The role is for a reward analyst who will proactively deliver internal and external insights to support the future reward offer. The role will work closely with our reward managers to provide recommendations based on data insights.In the role you will:
• Deliver end-to-end reward analysis - from responding to brief right through to an impactful delivery of the results
• Nurture strong supplier relationships, demonstrating an authoritative knowledge
• Partner with peers to deliver reward data, providing consistent, efficient and effective results
• Participate in completing external surveys and associated benchmarking activity
What we’re looking for:
• You will have previous experience working within a HR environment and of working with people data and working to HR principles
• Experience with analysing and reporting on large data sets with Excel and other data programmes. You can demonstrate an advanced skill in Excel including, v look up, pivots, conditional formatting and macros
• Experience of interpreting data into relevant and actionable insight
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
