The importance of your role.

This is a fantastic new opportunity to be part of something a bit different, with the UK’s number one cosmetic and skincare brand – No7. You’ll be working closely on a new and important customer offer, our Virtual Services. You will get to work with a fantastic beauty brand, in a new online space.

You’ll love everything beauty, from skincare to makeup. You’ll really get to know our products and our customers, helping them to discover their perfect beauty solutions by recommending different ranges that will be special and bespoke to them. It’s all about delivering personable customer care via a video or telephone call.

Primarily, you’ll give our customers a fantastic, personal omnichannel shopping experience - not just by recommending our products but showing how special the No7 brand is, and how it can make them feel good.

Secondly, as a Virtual No7 Advisor you’ll give great beauty advice which will help our customers not just feel good, but look good too. You’ll really get to know our products and services by recommending ranges and providing application hints and tips. Most importantly you will be advising to our customers and exciting them with our products and new trends.

Finally, your love for our No7 brand will really show. As a brand ambassador your personable customer care will keep our customers coming back to us, either online or in store. You’ll help our customers love our brand as much as we do.

What you’ll be doing day to day.

Delivering virtual video/telephone consultations to pre-booked customers, on a range of services/techniques.

Give great beauty advice online by guiding and advising customers on products and techniques and share your knowledge of hints and tips and skin/make up solutions

Ask questions. Build rapport with our customers, listen to them and get to know what they are really looking for. Help them to discover the right products for them.

Excite your customers about our products virtually using language to describe textures, tones, colours and results. Your verbal communication will be critical in portraying this.

Get behind our fantastic online promotions and deliver a more informed and knowledgeable conversation with our customers, to help grow our sales.

Keep up to date with makeup and beauty trends and our new exciting product launches to ensure the customer gets the best of our brand.

How will you do it?

Using our online service model, you will remotely be delivering video consultations via Microsoft Teams or telephone appointments on customer queries ranging from product information, all the way to a complete bespoke skincare routine/make up look.

You’ll support our customers to look and feel good - it’s about being really personable and putting them at ease. It’s the little things that make a real impact

You’ll get to know our brand and our products. Test them and learn as much about them as you can, try them out on yourself, so you’ll be ready to give really great advice, including application know how’s and hints and tips

Get to know our customers and find out more about what they’re looking for, what they like and what they don’t like – it can make such a difference to the products you’ll recommend.

Build great relationships with the Virtual No7 Beauty team, sharing knowledge, tips and upcoming trends to inspire each other and create stronger customer interactions

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for great people, with friendly personalities. You will need to be really confident on camera and over the phone and be able to build rapport with customers virtually.

You’ll need to be inquisitive so as to understand our customer’s wants and needs and be able to confidently share your enthusiasm and incredible product knowledge virtually.

You’ll need to be passionate about beauty and our products, along with having great customer service skills and have really strong verbal communication skills.

But it isn’t just about experience, we’re interested in seeing the real you and seeing your personality shine through.

You will need to be flexible to work your shifts across 7 days and from 9am until 8pm. You will be provided with equipment, tools and training to do the role but will need to be able to work from home.
