Overview of the role:

The Premium Beauty Proposition & Project Manager is responsible for managing the colleague model workstream on the Beauty Reinvention programme.

The role will support the Senior Manager for Premium Beauty in defining the future beauty proposition model for our stores, planning and delivering store engagement, ensuring right first-time delivery and embedding the proposition in business as usual operations to drive performance. This will include developing and owning the overall project plans, leading the regular meetings and co-ordinating the activity

The role is part of Central Operations, but will work across stores, the commercial team and the premium beauty brands.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the overall project plan and lead the daily RAT call meetings
• Collate the information and prepare the brand negotiation decks
• Coordinate the store engagement events and BBS training schedules with L&D and the suppliers
• Update the model and supply the info to finance to prepare the status update
• Maintain the brand by brand tracking documents
• Own the weekly governance meetings with the programme board
• Support the end to end productivity by brand
• Manage project budgets (costs & benefits), issues and risks
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, acting as the link between the commercial team, stores and premium brands

• Strong stakeholder management, holding others to account to deliver right first time, challenging where appropriate
• A knowledge and understanding of key store and support office processes
• Ability to impact and influence others across all functions
• High standard of written and verbal communication
