We are looking for a Store Based Pharmacist to join our team in Midhurst, an affluent, picturesque market town in West Sussex, nearby Chichester & Portsmouth. The successful candidate will need to have excellent patient care & a flexible attitude.

Our Midhurst store is small a small Health & Beauty store comprising of a team of five colleagues along with the Store Manager. In the Pharmacy you will be supported by one full time Pharmacy Technician and one part time Pharmacy Advisor. We are very much the heart of the community & our customers have chosen Boots as the "go to" store in the area for their medication & various retail needs. Our items have increased year on year by 11% so far, we take on average 180 items at the moment weekly.

We are looking to maintain the loyalty of the customers & patients who are new to us as well as our regulars. The town is always busy with visitors & locals out shopping.

With Chichester close by, the store is also only 45 minutes away from the beautiful Southern coast & 25 minutes away from the nearby market town, Petersfield, so there is plenty of choice for retail or the beautiful countryside that surrounds us.

  • Have a love of working collaboratively with a team-centred approach
  • Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services
  • Role model communication skills; you will hold excellent face to face interactions to effectively meet the varied needs of customers and patients in pharmacy
