Digital Learning Designer
​FTC/Secondment- 12 months

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Designer to join our Global Brands Learning & Development team. This role will work closely with the Talent and Education team to design and deliver a broad learning agenda to enable our global in-store advisors to grow the skills, knowledge and behaviours they need to deliver their role brilliantly through great customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and delivering engaging digital learning content for the Global Brands Talent and Education team
• Ensuring all learning solutions fulfil objectives in a clear, well written and creative manner
• Utilising storyboards and prototypes to support your concepts
• Maintaining insight on global health & beauty products, trends and marketing
• Delivering at pace to meet the shifting needs of the business
• Implementing and managing content on the Global Brands learning platform when required

A bit about you…

• A strong portfolio demonstrating your creative expertise, thought process and talent across, print, digital or web
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, most importantly; Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adapt builder. Flexible and willing to learn new software and develop skills within the role
• Solutions focused with an ability to view them through the eyes of the learner. You will be a natural problem solver with a strong attention to detail, consistency and accuracy
• Comfortable working within the constraints of brand guidelines and business process, whilst having a flair for working with content in an innovative and critical way
• Flexibility and adaptability with an ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of team members and stakeholders
• An understanding of the in-store retail advisor role and health & beauty brands

You will be able to evidence:

• Experience in eLearning design within either an internal L&D team or Commercial environment
• Good quality illustration, typography and wireframing skills
• Animation and motion graphic experience
• Photography, Video/Post-Production
• Refining and rewriting learning content to make it engaging and suitable for digital
• Managing digital content on Learning or Content Management Systems
