What you’ll be doing day to day

Working with the HR Operations team as part of our Peoplepoint team in the Dublin support office you will provide HR/ER advice, guidance and information to line managers, employees and external bodies mainly through telephone and email contact and some face-to face liaison and written correspondence. You’ll take responsibility for ensuring that all our calls are logged in our Case Management System and liaise with the ER Partner on specific cases that should be escalated as required.

You will support the delivery of various HR reporting activities and you will work with our payroll provider to support payroll activities.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with the Employment Relations Partner to develop more advanced employee relations skills.and spend some time on projects and development work e.g. designing processes and line manager guidance tools to support continuous improvement.

You will support the amending, creation and communication of Boots policy content through your knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices and provide policy advice and guidance.

How will you do it?

As a key contact in the HR Operations team, you will provide support and subject expertise on our People Admin System and oversee and liaise with stores and our payroll provider and act as the communications lead for the People Admin system. You’ll bring your attention to detail and experience in payroll / financial administration by assuming responsibility for the verification and checking of payroll in line with Company procedures, ensuring that the correct application of Boots policies and procedures are adhered to along with your ability to analyse / compile data and utilise your excellent report writing skills.
