being the voice of stores in the support office. We ensure that processes are simple, effective and right first time to help all of our stores deliver legendary customer service.
It's our job to identify opportunities to improve operational processes and to manage communication with stores. That might mean helping our pharmacies with clinical governance issues, or it could be investigating losses and providing theft deterrents.
What we're looking for
There are a variety of roles with Pharmacy, Retail & Operations. We try to find internal talent either from our stores or the support offices. However we do occasionally recruit externally.
We look for people with retail experience and project management skills who can build relationships with our stores colleagues as well as the support office business areas.
