Our expertise helps us resolve issues straight away. If we can't, we investigate and get back to the customer quickly.

The team also support their in-store colleagues when there's a tricky query, helping to find the answer - or the right person to talk to.

When you consider that millions of customers shop with us every day, it's not surprising that there are always novel requests to challenge us!
