This programme won't suit everyone. We look for enthusiastic graduates who want to get on in business. People with strong analytical and communication skills plus an ability to really influence and engage others, build strong relationships and work well in a team. Our very best performers are those who understand their strengths and weaknesses, and actively seek to develop themselves.

More than anything, you’ll bring a passion for delivering results. You’ll pride yourself on your ability to question and challenge processes. You’ll be someone who’ll be comfortable taking the lead on projects to deliver the kind of innovative technology that keeps Boots business moving forward.

Take a look at our core requirements to see if you're the right fit for this programme. Answer the following honestly and it will soon become clear...

  • Are you interested in innovation and technology?
  • Do you enjoy problem solving?
  • Are you good at managing projects?
  • Do you have a positive and creative approach?
  • Do you have the confidence to challenge others opinions?
  • Are you great at building relationships with people?
  • Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?
  • Would you go out of your way to deliver great results for your customers?

You’ll need GCSEs in Maths and English (at Grade C or above) and at least a 2:1 in your degree (realised or predicted).

Retail or IT work experience isn’t vital. We will ask you to show us strong leadership qualities – even if that’s through your extra-curricular activities.

You need permanent residency status in the UK – we can't accept anyone on a time-limited visa. That means if you're in the UK on a Tier 1 or Post-Graduate Work Visa, you're not eligible to apply.
