We need people who have a passion for customers and the drive and motivation to be the best. We want real entrepreneurs who love the buzz and energy of retail. Think about it: our Store Managers don't lead from behind a desk: they're out there, on the shop floor, getting involved. It's a tough and challenging role, but for the right people it's exhilarating because of its complexity.
Essentially, this programme will help you to be the very best version of yourself. It will bring out your natural leadership and problem-solving skills, your solutions and delivery focus. You'll learn how to direct your passion and energy into caring for customers and selling our products. You'll make it your goal to be customer-led, to understand what people want, then go out of your way to deliver it. If you have the determination, tenacity and belief in delivering excellence, this is your chance to get noticed on a global stage.
Your qualifications
We need graduates with GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above). Your choice of degree subject isn't too important, although a business or retail-related degree would be ideal. We also look for people who have had a chance to develop their leadership skills either through work experience or their extracurricular activities.
You'll need to have permanent residency status - we can't accept anyone on the programme who is on a time-limited visa. So, if you're in the UK on any visa that has an end date such as a Tier 1 or Post Graduate Work Visa, you're not eligible to apply.
