Our application process begins by helping us to understand your skills and match you against minimum criteria such as the grades required for the programme and it also lets us assess your right to work in the UK. Therefore you will be asked these questions when registering, if you meet the entry criteria for the programme you will then be asked to complete the following 3 stages outlined below:
This whole stage should take about 45 minutes but you can complete it at different times if you wish. You'll need to complete your contact details, work experience and educational information and upload your CV. Finally you'll also be asked to answer some questions that will help you and us to understand whether the Boots programme matches your interests and ambitions and whether you are right for us.
From here you'll then complete a behavioural questionnaire, which will take no longer than 15 minutes. Although this test is not timed, you'll need to complete it all in one sitting.
If your application is short listed we will invite you to a short telephone interview, which will last up to 15 minutes. This will give us a chance to discuss the Programme and is also an opportunity for you to tell us why you are interested in working for Boots. If you successfully pass this stage we'll invite you to complete an online numerical reasoning test.
The final stage involves a Presentation Evening on Wednesday 19th June 2013 from 4.30 to 7.30pm at our Head Office in Nottingham. This will be an opportunity for you to get to know us and all areas of the business. We’ll also be giving out information about the different placement areas and answering questions about the programme.
You’ll then be invited to one of our Assessment Events, again at our Head Office, which will run from the 8th July to 19 July 2013 from 8.30am to 2:00pm.
You’ll need to be available for both the Assessment Events dates and the Presentation Evening in order to be considered for the programme.
Programme start date from: 31st October 2013.
Applications will close Friday 7th June 2013.
