We have placements across Support Office, where we manage our brand, develop our products and support everyone working in our stores.
We currently have Apprentices working in the following areas:
Human Resources – Being the best pharmacy led health and beauty retailer in the world takes a lot of people, all needing the backing of a sophisticated HR Department, who support our stores and support office colleagues with recruitment and selection processes; classification and pay systems; policy development; employee training and development programs.
Finance – Our Finance Department provide crucial information that helps the rest of the organisation make its key decisions. The team is split into a number of different areas: Financial Accounts, Management Information and Business Partnering.
Information Technology – It’s really no surprise that we’re run on one of the most up-to-date and complex technical support networks around. The work reaches each corner of the business, making sure every single department has the systems and technologies they need to deliver seamless service to our customers. The teams in support offices are structured as follows – Service Delivery, Solution Delivery, Business Office and Strategy & Architecture.
Supply Chain - Our Supply teams are responsible for getting the right stock to the right store at the right time to maximise sales opportunities, and provide excellent product availability to our customers. The areas within Supply are Retail Supply, Supply Chain Development and Logistics.
Brand, Buying & Marketing - the Commercial function is at the core of our business responsible for managing our product offering and our relationship with customers. There are three departments within the function: Trading, Marketing and Boots Brands and Exclusives.
