You’ll need a sense of intuition about what it is that your customers really want. Just as important though will be your role as a performance coach – unlocking the potential of your team through training, while also creating a strong belief in the importance of delivering outstanding results.
We’ll expect you to take responsibility for profit growth and cost savings, helping to manage the business as if it were your own. To deliver, you’ll need a commitment to the highest standards and a real understanding of life on the shop floor.
