Customer Assistants

When customers walk into a Boots store, they want to feel right at home. As part our team of Customer Assistants, you’ll put their needs first and make sure they’re always delighted with the service they receive.

As you’d expect, you’ll be involved in all the work that keeps the store moving – restocking shelves, serving on the tills and providing up-to-date advice on our products. You’ll also need to be enthusiastic about sales, getting behind important promotions and offers.

You’re a sociable person, who’s comfortable in situations where you’re meeting people for the first time. You also know how to remain calm under pressure and keep a positive attitude at all times.

If you can show us you’re a team player and share our commitment to customer care, we’ll be right behind you and provide all the information you need on products and promotions.
