We're delighted to be consistently ranked amongst the best companies to work for, according to two prestigious national surveys.

Once again, Boots UK and Boots Opticians have both been awarded places in The Sunday Times 2012 25 Best Big Companies to Work For list.

Over one thousand companies entered this prestigious survey, and Boots UK were awarded 21st place in the big companies list, which is a great achievement. In addition to our ranking, Best Companies have awarded Boots UK a One-Star Status, which means that we are considered to be a 'first class' organisation to work for.

Boots Opticians were awarded 9th place, which means they have been ranked in the top 10 big companies in each of the last 3 years - a truly remarkable achievement. Best Companies have awarded Boots Opticians a Two-Star Status, which means our Opticians business is considered to be an 'outstanding' organisation to work for.

In addition Boots Ireland, for the second year running, have achieved 8th place in the Great Place to Work Institute Ireland's Best Workplace 2012 listing - a fantastic result, and the team also won the development award in recognition of the ongoing commitment to the development of our colleagues.
