All offers will be made between December 2011 to the end of January 2012. Please ensure that SPAM/BULK MAIL filters are set low to allow our messages to reach you or check your SPAM regularly.
You’ll receive details of your start date as part of your offer as these will vary dependent upon which region youwill be working in. However your start date will be between the beginning of June to the end of July depending on the area of the business you work in.
You will receive an email confirming we have received your application. You will also receive regular communications and company news so it is important to ensure we have your current contact details. Remember to make sure you keep a note of your user name and password so you can keep your contact information up to date. You should also follow us on Twitter to find out the latest news from Boots and from SPP.
Reply to the email following the instructions on the offer email. You will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your acceptance of the offer. That’s it!
We try to offer you a store nearest your preferences however we cannot always offer everyone their nearest Boots store. Anything under an hour is considered to be a reasonable travelling time for your placement. If you feel you cannot travel to your offer location, please contact us within 10 days of offer. Once you accept the offer you will be unable to change the location.
We give you 10 days to consider and accept the offer, after which the offer will be automatically withdrawn in order that we can consider another student placed on hold for that location. Please get back to us promptly so that we can treat all of our applicants fairly.
No relocation or travel expenses are offered for the Summer Placement Programme. You must be able to travel the store on your offer letter.
This will depend on the reason you are turning down the offer. You should let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss the options available to you.
