I'm in! What now?

So you've got the good news and done your celebrating, but what comes next?

Here's what you need to do between now and your big first day:

  • Check out the store location and how you will travel there
  • If you don't have a bank account get one set up
  • Similarly, if you don't have a National Insurance number, get one. You can find out how to do this by visiting www.direct.gov.uk
  • Check out the dress code and make sure you've got the right clothes
  • When we ask for it, let us have your bank form so that you can get paid
  • Make sure you reply to the Welcome Day invitation around 4 weeks before your placement kicks off

Your first day:

You know where you're going, you've made your sandwiches but please remember one more vital thing…
