Surrounded on three sides by some of the most glorious countryside in Great Britain, Aberystwyth is a cultural and coastal gem.
University town Aberystwyth is known as the cultural heart of Wales. There's a lot going on: bars, cafes, and shops as well as an arts centre, theatre and the national library. You can still find property bargains here, so that seafront house or hillside cottage could be yours.
It's a perfect place to experience nature: on the beach or in the hills, walking cycling, riding, fishing, windsurfing, wakeboarding... you name it, this is a great place to do it. Aberystwyth railway station is 4 hours from Cardiff and Manchester and 3 from Birmingham; links to London are improving thanks to the development of new Assembly buildings in the area.

Aberystwyth is home to a Health & Beauty store, a destination for customers from Llanelli in the west to Pembroke Dock in the south. There's a strong support team with dedicated dispensers covering care home services and the sales floor dispensary. We have links (and RPSGB meetings) with Boots stores in Lampeter and Aberaeron; with society and other meetings held regularly, usually at Carmarthen or Cardigan.
