Qualifications when I joined Boots: Social Sciences Degree
My career so far: I applied for this job after I graduated. My friends enjoyed working here and they recommended it to me. I’ve been here 18 months now, working as a Category Assistant across several different areas. I’d like to move up into a Junior Buyer role in the future.
My typical day: We don’t seem to have a typical day. Every day is different!
The best thing about my job: The people I’ve met and the environment I work in. There’s a really fun and friendly atmosphere. I’ve made loads of friends here.

“If I had to leave Boots tomorrow the one thing I’d miss the most is the people because I’ve made so many friends here.”
Why do you love what you do?
“I love what I do because every single day is different and I’ve got to meet loads of people in and out of Boots, and it’s quite easy going and laid back.”
Choose a Christmas present for your mum at Boots, what would it be?
“Probably Protect and Perfect. I know she loves anti wrinkle cream- and it’s the only one that works. That wasn’t cheesy- that’s just because it does.”
