In Boots Health and Beauty stores and on-line you’ll save 22.5% on Boots branded products and 12.5% for non-Boots branded products. In Boots Opticians, you’ll get a free eye test and save a massive 70% on 3 pairs of glasses per year. Plus we will give you discount vouchers for your friends and family to use in our practices.
Holiday
Our Optometrists and Practice Managers are entitled to 25 days’ holiday (24 in Scotland) per year building to a maximum of 30 days’ (29 in Scotland) with service. Other roles are entitled to 22 days’ holiday (21 in Scotland) per year building to a maximum of 30 days’ (29 days’ in Scotland) with service. And if you choose not to take your full entitlement, Optometrists can ‘sell’ back to the company up to 5 or 10 days’ holiday (depending on your entitlement).

Professional Fees
We offer to reimburse all of the General Optical Council's fees for retention of registration and College fees for pre-reg supervisors, provided you work exclusively for Boots Opticians.

A confidential employee assistance programme is available through Positive People Company (PPC). In addition the Professional Services Department are on hand to provide support to all staff regarding clinical issues.
