My story is about making a big difference to the way people feel about themselves.

I manage the customer’s journey from their eye consultation to ensuring that they have the right glasses or contact lenses. I love meeting so many different people and helping to advise them on the right products.

A lady came in and she was very excited because she was getting married in two weeks. She had quite thick glasses, and I was basically just updating the lenses. But I asked her if she’d ever tried contact lenses? We ordered some in for her and she was absolutely over the moon; it would be such a lovely surprise for her husband on their wedding day. The customer emailed in with a WOW story saying that I had changed her life!
