CET - Continued Education & Training

Ongoing continued education and training is a pre-requisite for maintaining GOC registration and is expected to form a large part of future revalidation processes. We provide a wide range of CET activity, including:

• Annual Conferences (attended in work time). These are large events (up to 300 delegates) held in prestigious venues such as the Royal Society of Medicine and the Hilton Hotel, Manchester, and comprise lectures, workshops, exhibitions.
• Online CET - our people have access to Replay Learning website and its wide range of content.
• Distance learning - in partnership with Optician magazine you will have access to published CET articles from this prestigious journal.
• Boots Opticians Intranet - Boots-commissioned CET to support topical activity in the business or industry.
