Our post-registration programme, OPTOMise, smoothes your transition from trainee to newly-qualified Optometrist by supporting you to become a confident and competent practitioner. And on top of that, as you develop and increase your contribution to the business, so your salary and rewards increase accordingly.

Later modules explore your leadership potential with the aim of creating the Practice Managers of the future.

We also deliver an extensive programme of CET activities, such as lecture days and online learning materials. Then there’s our management development programme, which includes elements specific to Optometry.
