We try to make applying for a job with us as accessible and straightforward as possible. We want you to be successful, so we’ll always give you clear instructions and helpful advice about what we’re looking for in candidates.
If you’re invited to an interview, we’ll tell you what to expect in advance. It gives you a chance to prepare so that you can show the best of yourself on the day. Hopefully, it’ll also help you feel at ease and able to ‘be yourself’ when we meet.
The way you’re assessed will vary dependent upon the role you apply for but here are some of the ways you might be assessed for a job with us:
This is a convenient way of finding out whether your skills and experience match the role.
In this type of interview, you’ll be asked to talk about situations you have been in and how you have influenced the situation to deliver an outcome. This helps us compare your strengths and ‘development needs’ against the demands of the job.
These tests measure specific abilities such as verbal and numerical reasoning, together with assessing personality characteristics. See the link below for some further information.
