The driving force behind over 160 years of innovation, care and success: our people. We work hard to make sure they feel good about working here.

Since the earliest days of Boots, the welfare of our colleagues has been key. Even in the early 20th century, Jesse and Florence Boot were providing welfare, education, sports and social facilities for their growing workforce. They recognised that healthy, happy teams would make Boots a positive, productive place to work.

Today, this ethos remains strong. We're passionate about our people; giving everyone the opportunity to realise their full potential and workig hard to make Boots a great place to work.

Officially a great place to work

We listen to our people in a number of ways. For the last three years, thousands of people from teams across Ireland have completed the Irish Independent's Best Workplaces In Ireland survey.

We're delighted that this feedback has put us amongst in the Best Workplaces in Ireland, as featured in the Irish Independent, for the last three years running.
