Boots Opticians scooped the coveted first place on The Sunday Times Best 25 Big Companies to Work For list. As well as being the UK's very best big company to work for, we also won a special award for 'Innovation in Engagement' in recognition of the work the Boots Opticians Forum does to encourage open communication across the business. Boots Opticians was awarded a Best Companies Three-Star Status, which makes us an 'extraordinary' company to work for!
