Whilst we appreciate the interest you have in our business, we're happy to say that we fill 90% of our vacancies either internally or via direct contact with our candidates. That's our way - promoting from within shows how we value our people and their careers whilst recruiting directly saves money, allowing us to keep offering our customers great value for money.
When we do need help from recruitment agencies, we use our Preferred Supplier List, or directly contact a specialist agency to work with them. We work hard to build relationships with our preferred suppliers and, as we have no plans to review our PSL at the moment, we ask that you respect those relationships and our request that you don't contact us speculatively with your candidates.
