Retail Supply
The Retail Supply teams are based in our Nottingham Support Office and ensure that we deliver products efficiently as possible by analysing sales and developing stock requirements forecasts. They also provide support for promotions, stock recalls, changed to distribution and discontinuations as well as managing stock budgets and the service levels to stores.

Logistics
Our Logistics team manages the distribution of stock across the UK. They look after:

  • The Stores Support Centre, one of Europe's most advanced, award-winning automated warehouses receiving over 200 pallets every hour.
  • The Customer Services Support Centre, which supplies over 14,000 care homes with over 200,000 prescriptions a year.
  • The Dispensing Service Centre, which houses our prescription lines and supplies close to 2,500 Boots stores and over 300 Care Services.
