Project Managers

Project Managers are integral to successful delivery. They have similar skill sets but specialise in a certain area, e.g. e-commerce, healthcare, infrastructure. Their job is to work with the business to provide technology solutions that meet businesses objectives, minimising delivery costs and maximising return on investment.

Join us and you'll become accountable for delivering multiple projects and small enhancements to agreed scope, acceptance criteria, time, cost and quality (including implementing a communications plan for each project). You'll get the opportunity to work alongside multiple business partners as well as third-party suppliers worldwide.

Solution Architects

Our Architecture team drive innovations through the business. Solution Architects are responsible for designing practical, robust and cost-effective IT solutions. These solutions will adhere to our Enterprise Architecture technology strategy, standards, principles and roadmaps and deliver tangible business benefits. Responsibilities include producing high-level designs for new systems and changes of variable size and complexity.

We look for a broad and balanced understanding of infrastructure and applications technical experience. Stakeholder management is key to this integral role, so we also value the personal skills to build relationships with IT partners and third-party suppliers.

Business Analysts

Our Business Analysts work cross functionally - with both IT and stakeholders right across the business.

They manage functional and non-functional requirements for all projects, agreeing scoping needs and setting key goals. The role also includes facilitating workshops, meetings and communication, ensuring stakeholders are involved at the right time.
