Resourcing Roles

Our resourcing function aims to recruit the best people with a passion for legendary customer care, via a quick, simple and effective process that frees our business's time and delivers legendary candidate care. To achieve this, we use the latest recruitment methods and strive to build great relationships with our candidates, both for current vacancies and for future requirements.

We have a wide range of roles within the function, from Recruiters and Resourcing Managers who recruit for our Support Office functions, to regionally based Resourcing Managers focusing on our stores leadership and Pharmacist vacancies, and Programme Managers running the various annual recruitment programmes.
