Each year we place in excess of 23,000 vacancies and receive over 500,000 applicants for these positions. Our Recruitment Service Centre is responsible for supporting all hiring managers based at stores and Support Office with an end-to-end recruitment process, which includes everything from attracting candidates through to making sure that they have all the right information to enable them to start successfully on their first day.

We are passionate about ensuring that each candidate receives legendary candidate care. There's an emphasis on successfully delivering business goals by ensuring that the positions are filled quickly and the quality of new joins is as high as possible.

The Recruitment Service Centre is a call centre environment so we look for people with call centre experience, excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
